I played around some more with EQ7 and sent Cath some other designs for possible quilts for Jeremy. I used a simple 9 patch and snowball design. Guess which one she picked. Yep! She said Jeremy would like the simpler one better. It will be easier too. Here it is.
Since I still love the first design, I think I will use it for Ivan's quilt. I talked to Hazel last night. She said that Ivan would love anything I made. So that took any pressure off of making his quilt. LOL He also likes brighter colors. So now I have a plan. LOL
I need to get Kevin's lunch ready and fix him something to eat before he leaves. So I need to get off here, but I also wanted to share with you my latest table runner. I still need to sew the binding on it, but I really like this one. I used the Missouri Star tube piecing tutorial again for this.
The back.
Oh and Jackie, I think Callie heard you the other day when you asked where Callie was as I was piecing the PSF. LOL She soon joined me.
Doesn't she look innocent? Hah, if I left those pieces unattended, they would be everywhere when I returned. I love my kitties. Thank you for visiting. Everyone have a great day.

Glad you found a pattern he will like. I think the other pattern would be gorgeous in some bright colors.
Give Callie a hug for me. I love the pictures of her inspecting all your work. LOL The colors in the blocks she's inspecting are my favorite combination. You can never go wrong with red, white and blue.
Well darn, I meant to leave you a comment yesterday and never got around to it! I think all of your son-in-laws are quite lucky to receive a quilt from you, and you are so thoughtful to want their quilts to be in a style they would find pleasing! I think your ideas for them are wonderful!
Your Callie is so pretty! My Wilson likes to get up on my fabric whenever I'm working on a bag. I try to keep him off, but that doesn't work very well...he's always right back up there when I turn around. Oh well, they are so much company, and I like you, just love my cats!
Have a great day!
XOXO,
Cyndi
Your runner is very nice. Your quilting is wonderful. I am not good at doing the quilting on my machine...wish I could do better, but I just can't seem to get the hang of it. *sigh*
I like the EQ7 quilt design. That's a great pattern. I think I might like to use that one. Did you print that out?? I may need that EQ7.
Great idea Winona and I always love seeing your quilt designs :-)
I finally posted on my blog again lol. Couldn't believe it's been over a month.... Ooops. More time now that I'm done school.
Any new progress on your cabin?
Laurie
