Thank you all for your kind 'welcome back's to me. I have missed blogging. I haven't even commented on blogs much in the past couple of months, but I'm trying to change that before I get waist deep in the garden. LOL It is raining here, but 60*. Such weird weather for the end of Feb. Makes me wonder what kind of a summer we are going to have. Last summer was so hot, I hope this isn't a repeat.
I am working on several BOMs this year. Not really a surprise, huh? LOL Anyway, so far I am keeping up. I thought I'd share Promises and Borders with you first. Oh my goodness, I am loving this BOM. It is from Jenny at
Elefantz. I picked out the fabrics and have them already cut to size. Here is the first block.

Jenny used variegated floss, so I went to JoAnn's and bought some with a coupon. I like embroidering with this.
Aren't these the cutest blocks? I love embroidering the Bible verses. I can hardly wait for the next block to be released, which should be in a couple of days.

It is good to see you back! Love your BOM and the variegated floss you are using. Wish it was 60 here. Today its snowing off and on and in the mid-30's. It is strange weather! Take care and have fun with your stitching. Nola

I love this BOM. I'm printing off the patterns, but haven't started stitching. I like your fabrics too. It is snowing like mad here! It's suppose to be nasty until tomorrow night.

Your blocks are GORGEOUS! That first one is one of my all-time favorite Bible verses. I have it in a framed print and it hangs in my living room. I think I might just have to go and check out those BOMs!

Winona, thanks so much for sharing the BOM. I love these too and I have downloaded the patterns, but have not cut anything out yet. I love variegated floss too. I'll have to check my Joann's and see if I can get some of that. Your blocks are beautiful. Our weather in Tennessee is very unseasonable. It is the middle of March and it's about 80+ degrees today. Just not right.
